Shipping policy

• We offer shipping Australia wide
• Sadly, we don't ship to PO boxes

Orders will be processed once payments are received. Payments can take up to 4 business days to clear depending on your bank processes.

We send our packages via Sendle. You will receive a tracking confirmation link which you can use to track the order. 

• Australia wide deliveries can take up to 7 business days
• If the recipient is not home to receive the order, and the delivery driver cannot leave it in a safe place, then a re-delivery fee may occur. 
  

If you redirect a package in transit, we cannot take responsibility for the estimated delivery time. We do not recommend redirecting as this can add a week or more to the delivery time.
